Don’t Be A Workout Snob

As runners we love nothing more than to get out the door and put thirty minutes, an hour or even more into a run. But what happens on the days when we are stuck with barely 15 minutes? Are you a fitness snob or will you still use this time to get your sweat on? In today’s video I share how you can use these fifteen minutes and get in a workout that is worth the effort.

    Great advice! I was guilty of thinking any activity under a certain amount of time is a waste, but I have learned to do just as you said to try to get the biggest “bang for my buck” during short workouts.

    Inspired now – going to fit in 15 minutes of alternate indoor rowing / cycling alternated with arms / abs and leg work! Thank you!
