Great advice! I was guilty of thinking any activity under a certain amount of time is a waste, but I have learned to do just as you said to try to get the biggest “bang for my buck” during short workouts.
Inspired now – going to fit in 15 minutes of alternate indoor rowing / cycling alternated with arms / abs and leg work! Thank you!
